Updated 22nd February 2021:
Update on Impact Laundry & Cleaning Ltd.'s response to the ongoing global pandemic:
We were pleased to hear details of the roadmap out of lockdown today and are standing by to help our clients as they prepare to reopen their businesses at each stage of the lockdown easing.
While we work with our existing clients, we would like to make it clear that we are more than happy to accept new clients and we encourage you to get in touch to find out more about our services and products even if your business cannot reopen until later in the roadmap.
We have cut the price of hand sanitiser and PPE products where possible to help businesses remain COVID-Safe.
We will begin working with our clients, starting with those expected to reopen on the 8th of March and those expected to reopen on the 29th of March to ensure that they are ready to open, any pre-opening cleaning has been completed and they have the necessary service level in place to operate safely when they do reopen.
Once the first phase of lockdown easing has been completed and we have confidence in the date for phase 2 (12th of April) we will commence cleaning services and reopening preparation for those business premises. This includes self-contained holiday lets and we tentatively expect this work to commence around the 29th of March.
We remain open for all other cleaning and laundry services, including doorstep (contactless) delivery and collection. These services remain unaffected by today’s announcement.
Finally, we expect to be reopening our counter for collections and drop offs at our laundry soon.
